Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

UK Express & International deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card telling you where it is. When placing your order online, you can specify a different delivery address to your payment address, if this is more convenient for you.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. 

Please note for EU and rest of the world, shipping, the prices above DO NOT include import and duty fees, we are not liable if you are charged import duty at any rates outside of the UK.  We are not liable for shipments where the importation of vaping products are banned order at your own risk please contact our customer service team here  If you are unsure whether more charges  or banned imports will apply.

 

Returns:

If you need to return or exchange an item, please email customerservice@simple-company.co.uk or use the contact form, stating your name, details, order number and reason for return.

All returns/exchanges will be made no later than 7 days from when your shipment is received.

All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

All returns will be refunded to the account used for payment.

No refund allowed for any product after 7 days.

Vape Simple reserves the right to modify these terms/policies.

You agree that you will regularly check and review these terms/policies to keep informed of any changes. 

 

Faulty items:

Please send an email to customerservice@simple-company.co.uk immediately.

Maximum returned postage will only be refunded of the amount charged by Vape Simple.

 

Incorrect item:

If you have been sent an incorrect item please contact us immediately stating 'incorrect item'. Once we have received the incorrect item we will then arrange to get your correct order resent via next day delivery and will refund the postage.
